You slept badly

Your energy is gone.

Your stomach feels off.

And your focus has apparently taken the day off too.

Before breakfast, you have already blamed dinner, stress, our schedule, and whatever supplement you forgot to take.

Then you start changing things.

Less coffee.

off to bed earlier.

A new probiotic.

Another food you stop eating.

Im laughing, because I’ve truly tried all of these, plus 10 more.

By the end of the week, you have changed so much that you have no idea

what helped or what made things worse.

The problem is not that you’re ignoring your health.

Often you’re just paying attention to too many things at once.

YOUR SIGNALS DO NOT LIVE IN SEPARATE BOXES

Your gut and brain communicate in both directions through neural,

immune, endocrine, and metabolic pathways non stop.

Your stress affects your digestion. Sleep and circadian disruption have been associated with changes in the gut microbiome. What happens in your gut also send signals through pathways connected with stress responses, mood, and cognition.

That doesn't mean your gut caused every bad night, difficult morning, or daily distraction.

It does mean the signals can be connected.

And when you treat each one as a completely separate problem, you can miss the order in which things changed.

When something is bothering us, our first instinct is usually.

How do I make this stop?

A better first question almost always is.

What changed first ?

The signal shouting the loudest today may not be where the pattern began.

Maybe your poor sleep came first and your energy followed.

Maybe stress changed before your digestion did.

Maybe bloating became obvious only after several days of eating, sleeping, or working differently.

You are not diagnosing yourself. You are putting the signals in an order, so you can

actually understand them.

That order gives you a clearer place to begin.

TRY THIS BEFORE CHANGING ANYTHING ELSE

Think about one recent period when several things felt off.

  1. Name the signal bothering you the most today.

  2. Name the signal you remember changing first.

  3. Note what else changed around the same time.

  4. Ask whether the first signal and the loudest signal are actually the same.

  5. Choose one connection worth paying attention to before changing everything.

The goal is not to build a perfect health timeline.

It is to stop yourself from reacting to five signals with five new solutions.

One starting point is enough.

Thats why we created….

𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝟱-𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗨𝗧𝗘 𝗚𝗨𝗧-𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡 𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗖𝗞

We turned this process into a simple, interactive worksheet

• Identify the signal bothering us most.
• Remember which signal changed first.
• Notice what else changed around the same time.
• Choose what deserves our attention before we change anything else.

You can click the boxes and type directly into the PDF.
