background

“If you’ve already read the books, taken the tests, and bought the powders — and your gut still doesn’t behave — you’re in the right place.”

.What happens on Friday

Every Thursday at 7am, VIP members get the protocol. The step-by-step version. The one with timing, dosing, the order of operations, the small table to measure your own results in 7 to 14 days… Mechanism on Tuesday. Protocol on Friday. Twelve weeks. One book.

.THE INNER CIRCLE

Three ways to join.
Same content. Different commitment.

Every VIP plan includes the full Thursday edition and the protocol of every week. The only difference is how long you stay — and how much you save.

The questions that come up before signing.

How is this different from every other gut health newsletter?

Most gut health newsletters tell you what to eat. We start one step before that — with the signal your nervous system is sending to your gut. If you've already done elimination diets and supplement stacks, you'll feel the difference in the first edition.

Is this medical advice?

No. Biome Health is educational. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace medical care. If you have an acute condition, see a clinician. If you have a chronic frustration with how your body is working, we may help you ask better questions and run smarter experiments on yourself.

How much time does this take?

Tuesday edition: 3 minutes to read. Friday protocol: 5 to 6 minutes to read, then somewhere between 2 and 15 minutes a day to apply that week's protocol. If a week's protocol takes longer than that, we say so up front.

Can I reply to your emails?

Yes. Every reply is read by a human. The welcome email asks one question on purpose — and your answer often becomes a future edition.
