First off... thank you for all the questions landing in my LinkedIn inbox. Please keep them coming because we're building our personal OS together, and I don't want to leave a single one unanswered.

And thank you to everyone who's taken our survey. We're already over 50%, which honestly blew me away. Every response helps us see patterns we'd never see on our own. If you haven't taken it yet, we'd love to hear from you. We really are building this together. "Community" isn't just a word we're throwing around. It's exactly what we're building.

Here are two of the questions.

"What do you suggest I should do to get back to a healthier weight? 🙏"

"Fred, what is the best thing I can do to have more energy in the morning?"

I kept staring at it because I realized I would have answered it very differently ten years ago.

Back then I would have said...

Drink more Colombian coffee.

Wake up earlier.

Take a sauna, which I use to do daily, but my fav. would have been

Yo gotta learn to "Push through it & pay hurt" What I was told in NYC countless times

That was the version of me who thought mornings were something we conquered.

I promise I'l share my Century 21 conquering mornings story here later. ( None sober days)

Today, I think they're something we inherit.

From the night before.

Which changes everything.
