Tuesday gave us the question:
What changed first?
Today, we put that answer to work.
I learned this lesson the expensive way. When my sleep, energy, digestion, and focus felt off, I treated each one like a separate fire.
More coffee. Earlier bedtime. Different food. New supplement.
By Friday, I had five possible solutions and absolutely no idea what helped.
This protocol removes that mess.

𝗧𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗼𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲. 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘆. 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁.
Inner Circle members can download the complete fillable protocol and seven-day tracking pages at no additional cost.

Keep medications, supplements, meals, caffeine, and exercise as consistent as reasonably possible.
WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF WAKING
Rate sleep, energy, gut, stress, and focus from 0–10.
ONE HOUR BEFORE BED
Rate the same five signals again.
Then complete this sentence:
“The first thing that felt different today was…”
Note anything unusual. A late meal. Alcohol. Travel. Illness. A hard workout. An argument. A brutal workday.
Three minutes in the morning. Three at night. No autobiography required.
𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟰: 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗮𝘁
Which signal changed first most often?
Choose one low-risk response connected to it.
If sleep moved first, protect one wake time.
If stress moved first, place a five-minute downshift before the hardest part of the day.
If digestion moved first, keep the food familiar and test one calmer meal.
If energy moved first, try ten minutes of morning daylight or an easy walk.
Choose one safe, repeatable option. No new supplement, food elimination, or five-part morning routine.
𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝟰–𝟳: 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴
Use the same response at the same time for four days. Keep recording.
At the end, ask:
Did the first signal improve by at least two points?
Did another signal move with it?
Is the response realistic enough to repeat?
Two points is a practical worksheet threshold, not a medical cutoff.
One week cannot prove cause. It can show us whether we found a useful direction.
Help us build your Personal Signal Protocol
We do not want to keep handing Inner Circle members general protocols.
Tell us which signal changed first, when it appears, what follows it, and what you have already tried. We will use those answers to develop more personal educational protocols around the patterns our members actually report.
Yes, this was supposed to publish yesterday. I’m traveling in my home country of Colombia, and reliable internet was tough to find yesterday. Since we’re here, would you rather receive future Inner Circle editions on Friday or Saturday? Hit reply and tell me.
This protocol provides health education. It is not a diagnosis or treatment plan. New, severe, persistent, or worrying symptoms belong with a qualified health professional.
